Why the sealer matters
Not all sealcoating is the same. Some low-cost jobs use thin, oil-based coatings that look shiny for a few weeks and then wear off. We use an asphalt emulsion sealer that bonds with your driveway and stands up to Ontario winters, and Chris is AKPRO certified. It costs a little more, but it actually protects your driveway, and that’s the point.

Frequently asked questions
How often should I sealcoat my driveway?
Most residential driveways do well with sealcoating every two to three years. Heavy use, full sun, or lots of road salt can mean sooner. We’ll tell you honestly if yours doesn’t need it yet.
How long before I can drive on it?
It depends on the weather, but usually you can walk on it the same day and drive on it after 24 to 48 hours. We’ll give you the exact time on the day.
When should a new driveway be sealed?
Give a new asphalt driveway about two years to cure before the first seal. After that, every two to three years keeps it protected.
Do you work outside Ingersoll?
Yes. We serve Woodstock, London and Brantford from our home base in Ingersoll.
Should cracks be filled before sealcoating?
Yes. Sealer alone won’t fix a crack. We fill cracks first so the sealcoat goes over a sound surface.
