- How do you prep the surface? Sealer only sticks to a clean surface. We clean the whole driveway and treat oil spots before any sealer goes down.

- What happens if it rains? A good contractor reschedules instead of sealing on a bad day. We watch the forecast for every job.

Driveways across London
London has every kind of driveway: older homes in established neighbourhoods like Old South, and newer subdivisions in areas like Summerside and Lambeth. The approach changes with the driveway:
- Newer driveways: wait about two years after paving before the first seal, so the asphalt can cure. After that, every two to three years.
